We’re Back At It With Our Mother’s Day Episode

It’s our Mother’s Day Edition, and we are back from a brief hiatus after Armondi temporarily relocated to Hollywood to work on a Netflix production.   Unfortunately, we have to discuss more mass shootings again in this episode.  The last episode was dedicated to T’Yonna Major, our nine-year-old family member who tragically lost her life to gun violence.  After making national headlines, T’Yonna’s grandfather talks about how the family is coping and his solutions to this growing problem.  The entertainment and sports segments, along with the Boomer and Millennial Book Club, are back, and so are we.

A Family Tragedy

A special message for Reggie and Armondi.

Hi guys, we open this episode addressing the tragic incident of gun violence that hit home. T’Yonna Major, the nine-year-old killed in the recent Orlando, Florida shootings, was a member of our family.  We recorded this show a week before this tragedy, and we talked about not releasing this episode. However, we decided to dedicate this show to the life of our dear T’Yonna, a life cut short and a shining star that was dimmed way too early.  We discuss gun violence in our community on this very program, and going forward, we will tackle this issue on a regular basis with guests that not only understand the problems but have solutions. Happy New Year 2023!

Reggie and Armondi ring in the New Year with their first episode of 2023. Coming up on this episode… it's our year-end check-in as Atlanta, and much of the nation thaws out. It’s the Happy Thanksgiving Episode

Celebrate the beginning of Fall with a new episode of Boomer and the Millennial. Armondi’s independent film wins big at the Atlanta Black Film Festival. Reggie falls from grace (literally). Reggie and Armondi celebrate Father’s Day and Juneteenth with the production of this special 4^th of July episode. The guys celebrate Reggie’s journalism award, and Armondi talks about his work on the Waltons…say good night John Boy…network television Thanksgiving special. Another mass shooting against people of color, rap artists and the Rico Act, and the Roe v. Wade leaked brief are all a part of the news segment.
